Simple tips on taking care of You.

Give yourself the credit you deserve:

here are some tips on how to take care of you. 

 

  • Be fair to yourself.

  • Reward yourself.

  • Strive for happiness, not perfection.

  • Celebrate small victories.

  • Set a routine for yourself. You can also write a list of goals for the day, they can be small.

  • Write out a list of accomplishments and achievements. Draw a picture of where you want to be/what you want in life. Visuals really help you get what you want!

 

Build your self esteem:

  • Avoid negative self talk

  • Connect with people who love you

  • Set yourself a challenge

  • Get support if things get too much. You don’t have to fix everything yourself!

  • Focus on your positives

  • Don’t compare yourself to others

 

Look after your physical health

  • Get enough sleep

  • Keep physically active (stretching or working out)

  • Eat as healthy as you can
