Set a routine for yourself. You can also write a list of goals for the day, they can be small.

Write out a list of accomplishments and achievements. Draw a picture of where you want to be/what you want in life. Visuals really help you get what you want!

Get support if things get too much. You don’t have to fix everything yourself!
